The best one is probably Spectaculator. This is the only one emulator where the PC gamepad worked, but it's not free. You have to pay about $ 20.
Very good free emulator is Fuse. I can't use the joystick there, but it is free and you can take and save screenshots in PNG. That was very useful for me.
If anyone know about emulator where you can use PC gamepad, please let me know.
